Thank you so much to Rocky and Taylor for making my stay a 4 and not a 3. They went above and beyond, and treated me like family staying and not just a customer. The neighborhood is nice, the facility is clean, but the staff made the stay times better. Way to go! The staff are excellent, but the facility needs some attention.
My stay was incredible, the staff was great and my room was clean I got there at night from a long trip and just wanted to rest, the check-in was fast, they were super kind and understanding
So I was skeptical because all the “good” hotels were 300+ a night. Let me say this is a hidden gem! Away from the noise but still in a convenient location near restaurants. Renae and the other young lady at the desk were kind and personable. We even shared a few laughs. The room is as exactly like the pictures show. I was impressed and definitely worth the 100 a night ! Oh and the dove soap was a major plus!! I would come back just for the shower ! you will for sure get a good sleep! I look forward to staying here again when travel brings me to Louisville .
Stayed at Candlewood for a week while waiting for truck repairs at Kenworth. The room was very clean, had a full size fridge and cooking utensils, free coffee, laundry, exercise equipment. Very nice front desk staff.
Danitza was extremely helpful and the room was clean with loaded amenities in the room. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. It also has a 2 burner cook top. It’s a nice place for a good price. Thank you
Nice spacious rooms with a complete kitchen. Bed was clean and very comfortable. Great price and convenient location. Staff is very caring and responsive. If you need anything, they hop right on it to fix it for you. The manager Taylor was very accommodating and Alexus, Jasmine and Renee were awesome support staff during my stay. If you want a comfy stay with good amenities, great staff and a convenient price, check this hotel out!
Decent room for one night stay as we traveled through the area. We planned to see the Christmas lights under Louisville which are only a few minutes away so it was very convenient.
Jasmine at the front desk was incredible! Always positive with a smile on her face. She was able to take care of all my requests and the overall service she provided exceeded my every expectation. Taylor your staff are very professional and you run a good property. My only recommendation is that the bathrooms need a refresh.
